An Urban Regenartion project following the acquisition of a dismissed industrial site, after the Istituto Finanziario Meridionale bankrupt. The building is situated in Brin 69, Naples, next to the motorway junction and the highway connections. The construction, following the ‘900s tradition of industrial building, consisted of two adjacent buildings of large entities (245 m in lenght per 38 m in width). The structure is metallic, with a maximum internal height of 22m.
