Cittamoderna has completed the acquisition of a property in Corso Umberto 167 in Naples, as sponsor of a private investor group.
The building dates back to the early 20th century and it is located in the heart of Naples’ historic centre, a few steps from the Duomo and the popular San Gregorio Armeno area.
Formerly headquarter of the Banco di Napoli, it will be converted into residential use for the construction of approximately 30 high-quality apartments.
Marketing of the units will begin in the third quarter of 2023.
